• EIGHT STITCHES is a documentary on Timothy Ormezzano, one of the many victims of the G8 summit in Genoa in 2001. Timothy, along with the director Danilo Monte, comes back to Genoa to tell us his personal story 11 years after the event. It is about a young man who wants to change the world and instead gets beaten up. But it is also the story of the relationship with his father: a father who discovers a son he didn’t know before this “intimate trauma”. They both meet Carlo Giuliani’s parents, the young boy who was killed in Genoa during the demonstrations and they both understand the importance of  “memory”.
