• I was born in Turin in 1974.

    In 2001 I started dealing with reportages, paying particular attention to environment and to grassroots social policies, and I founded the independent photographers and video makers collective “Collettivo Donquixote”  (www.donquixote.it).

    Since 2001 I have been collaborating as a freelance photographer with national and international n.g.o. and also with  Italian magazines such as Marie Claire, Carta, Narcomafie, Qui Touring, Giudizio Universale, Latitudes Mag, Witness journal, Il Manifesto.

    Between 2005 and 2006 I spent several months in Nicaragua working as a photographers for the ecologist association Fundaciòn del Rio.

    In 2008 I have been cooperating as a photographer to a report about Naples neighborhoods within the UE cultural project “Punta Corsara”. This report is part of the book “Terre in disordine” edited in 2009 by Minimum Fax.

    I currently work in Turin as a photography and multimedia adviser at the juvenile prison “Ferrante Aporti”.
